How to get a gift certificate

We offer gift certificates for any amount you choose. To get a gift certificate you can either email us at secludedcabins@gmail.com or you can call us at 419-827-2266. Here is what we need from you:

1.       Your name

2.       Your address

3.       The name of the person you are getting the gift certificate for so we can match up the gift code with their name when they reserve the cabin.

4.       The amount you would like to apply to the gift card

5.       A valid credit card.

We will then mail you the gift certificate

How to redeem a gift certificate

1.       Choose a cabin and an available date.

2.       Fill out our online booking form and in the special needs section type in your gift code

3.       You still need a valid credit card to reserve a cabin even if the gift certificate covers the full amount.

4.       We will apply the amount of the gift certificate to the cost of the booking and send you an email confirmation when the process is complete.
