There is a minimum stay of 2 nights, some acceptations are made and there is an extra $30.00 in that event.
	Cabin Must be paid in full 4 weeks prior to arrival
	There is no refund after 30 days before your stay, before 30 days it is less a $30.00 processing fee.
	Maximum number of people over the age of 12 months Heron Hill -- 12 including children Dove Cottage --  2 adults 2 children Hummingbird Hideaway -- 2 adults 2 children allowed at anytime on the property.
	Absolutely NO TENTS are allowed on the property.
	Maximum number of cars allowed Heron Hill -- 4 Dove Cottage -- 2 Hummingbird Hideaway -- 2
	Absolutely NO PETS/ANIMALS are allowed in the cabins or on the property.  This means you cannot tie them up outside. Please make accommodations elsewhere for  your pet.
	Do not cut or deface any trees, bushes, plants, grass or living organisms on the property, this also includes on the trails.
	Outside fires MUST be in the fire pit provided and tended to at all times.  This does not mean that you have the right to move the fire pit if you do not like where it is.  The Baker's have decided where the fire pit is and that is where it must stay.
	Leave the furniture where you found it when you arrived.  The Baker's have it positioned where they want it and it is not your right to move it where you want.
	No loud stereos outside.  Enjoy nature at its best.
	No fireworks.
	Alcohol is permitted as long as it is kept in moderation and under control.  No kegs.  No underage consumption of alcohol.
	Vandalism of any type will result in criminal prosecution.
	Do not harm, injure, or chase any of the wildlife that is around.
	Do not dig holes.
	Parents are responsible for their children's actions.
	No smoking inside the cabins.
	No children under the age of 12 are allowed in the Hot Tub or Jacuzzi.   Any children 17 years and under must have a parent or guardian with them on the premises to be in the hot tub or Jacuzzi.
	There is no maid service.

FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THESE RULES
WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION
AND/OR
PROSECUTION WITHOUT A REFUND!!!
